The right rod tube for me

I finally found the rod tube I was looking for. It is the Sportube and is originally conceived as a ski tube. The design and quality is very good and I am sure I will be happy with it.  Photos are coming soon. In the meantime check it on the official website here

The UrbanCastMan Strikes Again!

I was going to publish my report and put the picture of the fishes I caught but then I received in the mailbox the photo of the last fish (Dentex Dentex) caught by my friend UrbanCastman. I have to postpone my photo reports and share with you this beauty.  The location is top secret but the lure is a nice DUO Press Saira.
Nothing much to add...just some jealousy :)

Back from a Fishing Trip!

I have a nice report coming soon. I had the opportunity to wet some lures on the weekend. Caught some fishes and also lost some small pelagic fishes on small jigs. Stay tuned...

Owner Treble Hooks Weight Chart

This is something that I have found while "googling" around for handmade lures. I have to admit that it is a very valuable chart for those who want to switch between treble hook models or are just curious about sizes and diameters.  I don't know if it is a chart made by Owner Hooks or the "owner" of this Japanese Lure Craft Shop.
