Meiho SFC Multi Case
You already know that I am a fan of Meiho boxes. My last discovery is the SFC Multi Case model. SFC stands for System Fishing Combo and are value priced polypropylene lure boxes that come in several sizes and configurations. My favorite one is the "Multi" configuration which is the box without any dividers.
I think a configuration without dividers gives the possibility to put more lures inside the box. You don't have a restriction on any kind of length or width. Also it is flexible enough to use it for other purposes like storing shore jigging equipment or hooks.
I use the M model for small-medium sized lures in the 7-9cm range. The L sized box is better suited for everything in the 10-14cm length.

These boxes are tough and easy to use. The red latch and the hinges are rock solid. The price also is good.
An highly recommended tackle box.
The SFC Multi are available in these sizes:
SS = 103x73x23mm
S= 138x77x31mm
M=161x91x31mm
L= 186x103x34mm
LL=214x118x45mm
3L=275x131x45mm

For all the soft lure fanatics
The other day I found this very nice Japanese online shopping website named Fishing Square.
They only sell in Japan and do not ship overseas (as I am aware of) but I am writing about it because it is one definitely one of the most detailed website I have ever seen.
The amount of effort put on this site is enormous. You will get the idea once you start browsing the hundreds of products. Every product sold here is described to the smallest details with close ups, diagrams, comparison charts, size charts and hook-lure combination ideas.
Fishing Square is great because if you are looking for a certain hook or worm, you can rely on this website for reference. It is useful because you can take a rules and figure out exactly what you need by checking the hundreds of charts available on the site.
Give it a look, the charts and close up photos are great to check. If you have Google translate you can even have more fun!

Cloud Nine Tackle Christmas Sale
When I see something interesting and worth sharing on my blog, I just do it.
I have already wrote about Cloud Nine Tackle, a new opened online tackle store located in Yokohama, Japan.
Jed, the owner of the shop, updates frequently the shop with new items, and it is not uncommon to see some great deal coming out. The latest announcement is a interesting Christmas Sale coming on the 20th of December. Expect some reductions of 10 to 50% on regular prices.
Also, at the moment, he has some great lures on sale.
Always worth checking if you are a JDM tackle enthusiast like me. The Yen is actually strong but the love for JDM stuff is strong too!
